Welcome to AssistReply! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AssistReply’s support software and related services (the “Service”), provided by AssistReply (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By using AssistReply, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Account & Access
- You must be at least 18 years old to use AssistReply.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You agree not to share your account or give others access without authorization.
2. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to use the Service for unlawful or harmful activities.
- You agree not to interfere with the operation of the Service.
- You agree not to attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to use.
3. Subscription & Billing
- The Service is offered on a subscription basis.
- Fees are charged in accordance with your selected plan.
- All payments are handled securely via Stripe.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal.
- No refunds are issued for unused time on a subscription.
4. AI-Generated Content
- AssistReply uses AI to generate suggested replies.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated responses before sending them.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
5. Data & Privacy
- You retain ownership of all content you send and receive through the Service.
- We store your data securely and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service.
- Upon termination, your access to data stored on the platform may be removed, but we will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data beforehand.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months for the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
